HIGHLIGHTS 2025

– ANNIVERSARY

Welcome to Vilnius Čiurlionis Airport!

Since 2025, arrivals in Lithuania are greeted by the name, art, and music of Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis.

Celebrated nationwide on the 150th anniversary of his birth, Čiurlionis was a uniquely versatile creator whose legacy spans painting, music, and literature, marking him as a major figure in European art history.

A visionary spirit looking beyond symbolism toward a new artistic era, he has long been championed worldwide by pianist Mūza Rubackytė, both on stage and on record.

Along the Vilnelė river, the old town of Vilnius unfolds – the very landscape that inspired Mikalojus Konstantinas Čiurlionis.
